About the event

Flora will be doing a Journey of Sounds for 30-40 minutes.  This event we will be sitting in chairs.  You may bring a pillow and blanket to wrap up with and sit on.  After the Journey Of Sounds Sol Nutrition will be offering some hot tea and drinks.  Join us for a drink and conversation.
