Relaxation Journey Of Sounds

Experience deep mind & body relaxation facilitated by the beautiful sound of therapeutic singing bowls.  Flora will guide you into a meditation to quiet the mind & release tension before receiving the benefits of the therapeutic vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and a gong.

Flora has had an intensive hands-on training through the Vibrational Sound Association & achieved Certification and Licensing through VSA.  She is an accomplished Practitioner utilizing a structured modality for sound-based relaxation therapy.

-Wear comfortable clothing

-Bring your own pillows, blanket, yoga mat or whatever you need to be comfortable

-You may lie on the floor or use a chair, whatever is best for you
