Journey Of Sounds

Journey of Sounds group sessions are exactly how it sounds, it is a journey of many sounds. Flora wants you to experience your own journey while listening to the many different sounds that are being played.  A variety of singing bowls are played during this time.  Flora uses crystal bowls which are notes associated with the different chakras or parts of our body, therapeutic Himalayan bowls that your body picks up what frequency your body needs.  She also adds a few other bowls, gongs, and chimes.

A journey of sounds is simply a type of relaxation or meditation that helps your mind shut down for a while to allow your body to go into a deep relaxation.

Flora’s goal is for you to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and rebalanced.

Bring Yoga mat, Pillow and blanket.  There are a limited number of chairs.  Please message Flora at 715-409-1563 if you need a chair.
