Come and join Flora and Nikolina as we lead you through the opportunity to pause, refine, and hear your own whisper.

Nikolina will be guiding you through some gentle movements and meditation in the beginning and ending of the session.

Flora will do a Journey of sounds with her sound bowls and instruments. During the JOS Nikolina will offer some light touch reiki for you to really take the time to hear your inner whisper. This is a event you don't want to miss. Take the time to pause and be ready as we come into 2025.
